AUTOSAR Adaptive

AUTOSAR's POSIX-based platform for high-performance compute domains (ADAS, in-vehicle compute).

AUTOSAR Adaptive (POSIX/C++) targets domain controllers running rich operating systems and service-oriented communication (SOME/IP). It coexists with AUTOSAR Classic in modern E/E architectures: Classic for safety- and timing-critical control loops, Adaptive for high-bandwidth applications such as ADAS perception and AD planning.
