This Privacy Policy explains how Agnile Technologies Private Limited (“Agnile”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information submitted through agnile.com, including contact forms, demo requests, and website interactions.

What we collect

  • Contact form submissions: name, email, company, subject, and message content you choose to share.
  • KAVACH demo requests: name, work email, company, role, programme context, and any architecture or scope details you choose to share with the request.
  • Career submissions may include resumes, portfolio links, phone numbers, employment history, and employment-related information voluntarily submitted by the applicant.
  • Microsoft 365 email delivery metadata (not the message content itself — only delivery status such as sent, delivered, bounced) for messages routed through Agnile’s shared mailbox.
  • Hosting logs (standard HTTP logs including IP address, user-agent, and requested path) with a default retention of 30 days.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry or request.
  • To understand demand for specific services.
  • Aggregated and anonymized analytics on website performance.

Data retention

  • Contact form and demo-request submissions: retained for 24 months, then deleted.
  • Career-related information is retained only for recruitment, evaluation, compliance, and legitimate business purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
  • Hosting logs: 30 days.

Third parties

  • Microsoft 365(email delivery via Microsoft Graph) — the website’s shared mailbox routes form submissions to our internal mailbox. See Microsoft’s Online Services Terms and the Microsoft 365 Privacy Statement for their terms.
  • Hosting provider— receives HTTP requests to serve the site, including standard HTTP logs.
  • Google Fonts(Plus Jakarta Sans, JetBrains Mono) — self-hosted via Next.js next/font at build time. Fonts are served from agnile.com; no third-party requests to Google at runtime.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request erasure, receive your data in a portable format, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Your rights (India)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data. Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
