Working with European OEMs and Tier-1s
Agnile is headquartered in Bengaluru and works with programmes in Germany and across Europe. These are the practical questions procurement, legal and programme teams usually ask first.
- A shared working day. Our hours overlap the European morning to mid-afternoon, so scoping calls, reviews and escalations happen live in your working day.
- Remote-first, on-site where it counts. Engineering and testing run from Bengaluru, with on-site phases at your facility in Germany or elsewhere in Europe for workshops, bench work and reviews, planned ahead to cover travel and visa lead time.
- Contracting. Agreements are with Agnile Technologies Private Limited; governing law, currency and liability terms are agreed per contract, with a mutual NDA before any technical exchange.
- Data protection and information security. Operations run under our ISO/IEC 27001:2022-certified information-security management system (Certificate No. 25110402). Personal data is minimised and handled under a data-processing agreement; where your programme applies TISAX rules, we agree the exchange mechanism with your security team.
- Authorisation for security testing. Penetration testing never starts without a signed authorisation and rules of engagement from the system owner.
- Deliverables. Reports, work products and evidence packs are delivered in English, structured to ISO/SAE 21434 and the UNECE R155/R156 expectations your technical service reviews.
